| Speed Automation Template Generator - Completion Time w/o Software: 2 Hours Customer would have a reservation list of attendees in an excel format. He would then copy & paste the first names into 4 different Microsoft Word Documents. Next, he would make duplicate copies of those pages by copying and pasting. Next, he would manually type all the names into a Mircosoft Word Label Template, which would be use to print name tags. Finally, he would have to enter names & addresses into a proprietary database. Speed Automation System - Completion Time w/ Software: 15 minutes Customer imports the Excel Spreadsheet into this program. He would then click three buttons. Microsoft Word opens up with his four Word Documents needed for the event and two additional word documents with the Label Templates already completed. |
