Wireless Networks - Most installations were for a small business wireless network. The installations included replacing and configuring several PC's to work with wireless network cards while a few were left connected to the LAN. This also included settings up WEP security on the Linksys router for protection. Peripherals such as a print server and printers were also configured on the network to work with the computers. Installation also included setting up and configuring a range expander for better signal boost. Wireless networks are *not* recommented in buildings whose walls or infrastructure contains a lot of metal. The signal degregates considerably under these circumstances.
